IBC is currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our applications support team. He/she will need to acquire general understanding of the various system components to effectively troubleshoot production malfunctions, isolate problematic areas, and coordinate resolution with various internal teams. This includes testing, analyzing, maintaining and documenting packaged application components, and defining and executing implementation plan details. This role may apply in Development environment as well as Core Support environment, depending on assignment.
Qualifications
Education, Training & Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM , MS SharePoint applications
- Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of Database Administration experience with MS-SQL supporting mid-to-large scale environments
- Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of experience supporting web applications using current technology, e.g., .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#), HTML, XML, Java Script, AJAX
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, measures and systems for developing and monitoring information systems, including SDLC frameworks
- Proven experience working with MS-SQL Server, being able to write and modify complex Transact-SQL queries, Stored
- Procedures and Views
- Proven experience working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
