be handled through ICBC. ICBC has a general three-step dispute process
that features a Fair Practises Review Department and
a Fairness Commissioner. Some areas of ICBC have internal

You may contact the Council should you have a complaint concerning any of these individuals. The Council is authorized to discipline licensees who have been found to have breached the Act, but it does not have the power to order the payment of a claim or a refund of premiums or service fees. insurers. FICOM has a process in place for investigating complaints arising
from the conduct of members of the real estate, pension plan and financial
services sectors. However, FICOM does not resolve individual claims disputes
