2008 Automobile Statistical Plan (ASP)

As a service provider to the General Insurance Statistical Agency (GISA), IBC provides data collection, compilation and reporting services as required by GISA under the Automobile Statistical Plan (ASP).

Beginning January 2008, GISA requires additional data elements in the Automobile Statistical Plan. Since the announcement of this change in January 2006, IBC has been working with insurers to prepare their data submission systems to provide this additional information.

Effective January 2008, insurers are required to submit automobile data in the new 2008 ASP record format. Training and support materials are ready and posted here. These materials are updated regularly, so check back frequently for additional information.
