2012 Commercial Liability Stat Plan (CLSP)

As the service provider to the General Insurance Statistical Agency (GISA), IBC provides data collection, compilation and reporting services as required by GISA under the Commercial Liability Stat Plan (CLSP).

Effective January 2012 Entry Date, the Commercial Liability Stat Plan will be moved to the same Portal as Automobile Stat Plan. The change will add flexibility and easier navigation for reporting companies. As of this date Insurers are required to submit Commercial Liability data in the new CLSP record format.

Support materials are ready and posted here. These materials are updated regularly, so check back frequently for additional information

Beginning January 2012 policy effective dates, Companies will be required to report the century and the day in date fields. Some of the existing fields have been expanded to allow companies to accurately reflect the length of the Policy and Claim Identification as well as amount fields.
