This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the President's Office within the department of Member Engagement. You will help develop expertise in IBC's products and services, assist with membership pitches and presentations, maintain IBC's Member Site, and support the core functions of Member Engagement and the President's Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the Manager, Member Engagement in the delivery of services to IBC's members, helping the team meet strategic goals.
- Contribute to all projects and tasks pertaining to Member Engagement and IBC's Committee Structure
- Work with the Member Engagement Team to develop and execute against marketing strategies to prospective members
- Oversee the Member Services inbox, which consists of responding to all inquiries from members, non-members and IBC staff, drawing on expertise from colleagues and other resources
- Assist with the Member Engagement Strategy to embed the 'member-led' mindset into IBC's culture to ensure a high quality member experience
- Maintain high quality member records in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Process new member and subscriber applications
- Assist members with IBC Member Site account creation and password resets
- Generate and assist with the distribution of product invoices to subscribers
- Maintain a strong knowledge of IBC's suite of products and services
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested
