You will help develop expertise in IBC's products and services, assist with membership pitches and presentations, maintain IBC's Member Site, and support the core functions of Member Engagement and the President's Office. Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the Manager, Member Engagement in the delivery of services to IBC's members, helping the team meet strategic goals.Contribute to all projects and tasks pertaining to Member Engagement and IBC's Committee StructureWork with the Member Engagement Team to develop and execute against marketing strategies to prospective membersOversee the Member Services inbox, which consists of responding to all inquiries from members, non-members and IBC staff, drawing on expertise from colleagues and other resourcesAssist with the Member Engagement Strategy to embed the 'member-led' mindset into IBC's culture to ensure a high quality member experienceMaintain high quality member records in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Process new member and subscriber applicationsAssist members with IBC Member Site account creation and password resetsGenerate and assist with the distribution of product invoices to subscribersMaintain a strong knowledge of IBC's suite of products and servicesComplete special projects and assignments as requested Additional Qualifications:University or college degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in marketing, communications, or information management is an assetAn innovative self-starter who is able to work both independently and within a team environmentExcellent organizational, planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsExceptional work ethic as well as an ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentSolid customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong written and oral communicationsAbility to take initiative and plan aheadProfessional and courteous phone and e-mail etiquetteAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changes in technology and techniquesSolid computer skills and excellent knowledge of and experience with MS Word, Excel, MS Explorer, MS PowerPoint, MS Dynamics 365 (asset) and OutlookKnowledge of property and casualty insurance business an assetFrench communication skills, written and verbal (asset) Please send résumé to:Human Resources DepartmentContact: Azan KhanE-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org IBC is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
