​Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with account setup request forms submitted by insurers to add, modify and delete user accounts on an application portal, as necessary
  • Oversee GISAPortalAccess inbox to ensure the user forms are completed on time.
  • Oversee the Exhibit order inbox to ensure the exhibits order are completed.
  • Update the various tracking lists.
  • Respond courteously to inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that user access forms are completed properly and in compliance.
  • Educate users or requestors on user access form completion as needed.
  • Educate exhibits order requestors on placing orders online as needed.

​Qualifications:

University/College education in any related fields
Proven ability to analyze and evaluate information requirements and data.
High level of organizational and task management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and utilizing business intelligence analytical tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter who is able to work both independently and effectively within a team environment
Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills are fundamental.
Knowledge and understanding of the Property and Casualty (P&C) reporting requirements is an asset.
