You will help develop membership pitches, manage IBC’s committee portal, and support the core functions of member engagement.Duties and Responsibilities:Supports Member Engagement in the delivery of services to IBC’s members, helping the team meet strategic goals, primarily:Responding to inquiries to IBC’s member services email inboxManaging IBC’s member information collection, including CRM contacts and distribution lists by liaising with various IBC departmentsTogether with VP, President’s Office, evaluating effectiveness, from a Member Engagement perspective, of current CRMManaging elements of IBC’s Member website (in SharePoint), including uploading relevant committee documentsManaging industry subscriber approvals and invoicesWorking with the VP, President’s Office and Membership Lead, Member Engagement to execute on 2021 Member Outreach and Engagement StrategiesAssist Membership Lead in gathering and maintaining member and non-member intelligence – conducting research and analysis regarding IBC members, non-members and potential members, including mergers and acquisitions, key executive changes, and members in the newsGenerating ideas related to enhancing member experience throughout the lifecycle of the member, for continual service improvement Supporting IBC’s Library by providing information services and managing digital assets in collaboration with the Manager, Library services Qualifications: University degreeStrong problem solving skillsMS CRM or equivalentExtreme attention to detailExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and all levels of managementBilingual French/English is a strong asset Please send your resumé to:Human Resources Department, IBC Contact: Azan Khan Email: firstname.lastname@example.orgThis position qualifies under the Employee Referral Program.
