Kim Donaldson

Kim has over 30 years of public policy and government relations experience. Prior to joining IBC in 2015, she worked as a senior consultant for the last 13 years, developing and executing public affairs strategies, and navigating the complexities of the provincial government on behalf of clients.

She has advised senior leaders and executives in various industries and sectors including hospitals, not-for-profit organizations, multinational companies and private sector interests.

As regional Vice-President, Kim directs all of IBC’s government relations activities in Ontario through its Toronto office.

She also serves on the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation’s Board of Directors and is a volunteer with Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.
