The Superintendent hears appeals from decisions of the councils regarding agent and adjuster licensing and disciplinary matters. Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission Consumers must complete an Insurance Complaint form (available on-line) to register a complaint against an insurance company. For complaints about a particular licensed agent, agency or adjuster, contact the Insurance Councils of Saskatchewan. The General Insurance Council The office does not accept complaints or correspond about complaints via e-mail. In Saskatchewan, there is no ombudsman specifically for insurance, but the Provincial Office of the Ombudsman deals with insurance complaints.
